The HOA Board in an effort to ensure Chasewood Park property values continue to increase in line with the surrounding area real estate market has begun the process of instituting a rental cap for our sub-division.
This will require a vote by eligible property owners as it will be a change to our bylaws.
Please plan to attend this important town hall meeting as this is your opportunity to ask questions and discuss the amendment with the HOA Board and other members of our community prior to voting.
